The client is a 24 year old woman currently residing in supported homelessness accommodation and is escaping significant family violence perpetrated by a former partner. While she has secured physical safety, she is currently navigating the exhausting and traumatising process of managing these matters through the court system, alongside a separate legal matter where she is also listed as a victim. This dual involvement with the justice system has led to fatigue and severe mental health stressors, leaving her feeling emotionally overwhelmed and depleted of motivation.
