This mum is raising four kids on her own while caring for her 9-year-old son, who is in palliative care for a terminal brain tumour. After years of treatment, she’s now focused on keeping him comfortable and loved. She’s doing her best to be there for him while also supporting her other children through a really hard time.
Her eldest has struggled and is now being homeschooled, and another child has extra health needs. Most of her family lives far away, so she is managing on her own. Money is very tight, and a recent car problem has left her with debt. Even buying food and household essentials is hard right now.
Fuel and voucher support would help her get to appointments, take care of the house, and make sure her kids have what they need. It would give her some breathing space to focus on her children during this very tough time.
