He receives the aged pension and has no insurance. His situation has only come to light recently.
He currently resides in a caravan sited on a family member's property.
He is supported by his daughter who is the main contact for ongoing case management.
He has recently been discharged from hospital after spending a month there with heart issues.
The caravan that he is living in has electricity and heating, but when water was connected to mains several leaks appeared. The costs of plumbing can be offset by grocery and fuel vouchers if possible. These would also help with travel to and from hospital for frequent checkups.
