Young 27-year old woman with a 6-month-old baby who is currently transitioning back into community with a history of overcoming DV and substance use. She is proud to move through many challenges and just newly moved into her unit. The woman finds it difficult to attend second-hand shops with groups of people due to her generalised anxiety disorder at this stage of her journey - this is a common characteristic with women who have history of trauma and a psychological symptom adjusting back into community. Your generous donation will make a huge difference during the woman’s management of current symptoms as her goal is to shop for items herself in the future.
