A mum and her three children have finally found a place to call home after spending seven months in temporary motel accommodation. Fleeing domestic violence, the family can now begin the long but hopeful process of rebuilding their lives. During their time in temporary housing, they were confined to a single room, with only a small number of clothes each, basic sanitary items, an air fryer, and a small camp kitchen. Beyond these essentials, they are starting again from scratch, an overwhelming reality for any family. Despite the challenges, this mum has done everything she can to care for her children under incredibly difficult circumstances. She is deeply grateful for the opportunity to create a safe, stable home and is especially looking forward to having space and a proper kitchen where she can cook nutritious meals for her children.
