Middle Aged guy with significant disability and mental health issues living in car - needs some basic assistance please

We are supporting a middle aged male with a life changing Spinal Cord Injury and significant mental health issues to try and reconnect with accommodation, therapy and and other services. He was previously residing in Social housing but left (because of mental health issues). While we seek to re-enrol him on waiting list for social housing, we are seeking some temporary relief in form of assistance with groceries and fuel vouchers and seeking to connect him to community services for laundry and personal hygiene etc.
