Client is living in very rural and remote western QLD town. Client is in economic hardship , client is struggling with basic needs. client is required to travel 116 km's each way to access Woolworths only food stores. Client is engaged with Financial counselling to assist with skill and capacity building for their financial matters. Client is struggling with rising cost of living and limited additional working options to increase income to support the basic needs. Client is in need of voucher support for Woolworths for food and Ampol for fuel to travel to access the lower cost food stores. Client has been forgoing medicines as unable to afford food and medication - support for medication would also be appreciated
