Client is a single woman with severe mental illness. Her rent takes a significant part of her income and she relies on charities for food, clothing and other basic essentials. She is currently sleeping on a camping mattress on the floor which is cold and uncomfortable and interrupts her sleep. This is having negative impacts on her physical and mental health, not to mention her sense of dignity.
