Mum has needed to care for her daughter while attending to her treatment. She is currently working with a financial counsellor to come up with a way to work through her debt. This leaves the family with very little. Support to fill the cupboard with essential items would go a long way to support the family.

She has been through a lot, has just found out she is in remission after breast cancer. It has been a tough time for her and her daughter, who has a disability. Mum has needed to care for her daughter while attending to her treatment. She is currently working with a financial counsellor to come up with a way to work through her debt. This leaves the family with very little. Support to fill the cupboard with essential items would go a long way to support the family. She has stated that she is overwhelmed and doesn't know where to start. We would like to support her to be able to focus time with her daughter, without the constant fear of not having food, or electricity.

I am writing to personally thank 'GIVIT' for a generous 'Simply Groceries eGift card' voucher that I was gifted, with $100 worth of essential spending money for my family & I to utilise at our own discretion. I can happily report this donation has assisted the purchase of a basic, solo, wifi security camera, with the excess going toward food for my teenage daughter who is currently taken on responsibilities around our home while I recover in a rehabilitation centre. Thank you for this kind gesture, as it has helped to improve security measures around our home & support my daughter to purchase daily essential items such as groceries, basic hygiene & cleaning products.
