This request is for a 78 year old grandmother who lives alone. She is independent but is struggling with health and chronic conditions. Both her fridge and washing machine have stopped working and this is putting a huge financial and psychical strain on her. She is not able to keep perishable foods that assist her to maintain her healthy diet to manage her diabetes. She has been accessing the washing machine and dryer at the local homelessness service which is a lot of travel for her. This donation would benefit her greatly and improve her quality of life.
