15 and 16 year old Indigenous brothers who are under the care of the department have come to stay with some family friends. The family are struggling to make ends meet. The father has an acquired head injury and cannot work. The mother is caring her own 5 young children as well as nephew and other children in need. The boys are sleeping on mattresses on the floor and need bedding and clothing. The family are struggling with food and utility bills.
