We are a registered charity based in Melbourne.
We collect lightly used and new clothing and create specialised “Crisis Packs” for people facing hardship in Melbourne. We support individuals who are fleeing domestic violence, in refuges and crisis accommodation, those accessing residential and psychiatric support services, and children in out of home care residential and foster care. Most of these people were made worse-off because of COVID-19.
Each Crisis Care Pack includes clothing, NEW toiletries, underwear and pajamas. Each pack is tailored to suit the specific needs of the individual. It’s a simple way of providing the dignity they deserve during an incredibly traumatic time in their lives.
We have a team of incredible volunteers who donate their time freely each week to deliver these bags to the agencies. We would love to be able to support them in this crucial role, by providing them with a petrol voucher to ensure this vital service continues.
