Experienced 2 serious car incidents and then she had the FND. Client has been very social isolated as no family or friends in Australia. With the FND symptoms includes seizure, blurred vision, chronic pack and also drop-attack, she was not allowed to drive until GP/Neurologist gives clearance. She also has financial hardship after losing her ability to work. She was unable to afford Taxi for round trip to attend her scan appointment in Springfield (18km away from home). She tried calling Transitcare but they did not take the job due to the long distance of travelling.
