The participant is a 34-year-old Aboriginal male with an intellectual disability who previously experienced homelessness before securing emergency accommodation. He has now been approved for social housing and is residing with his girlfriend. Due to his disability, he is unemployed and has no savings, and therefore requires assistance to obtain essential furniture and household items to safely and adequately establish his new accommodation.
