Single mother with two teenage children living with elderly parents at the moment

Mother with Autism, ADHD, Depression and anxiety became a couch surfer at parents house with children due to financial circumstances and to keep a stable home for the children.
Recently hospitalised and became unemployed due to mental health related issues and currently working towards finding work or studying to improve chance of employment. Still learning coping skills of how to manage her mental health and other impairments. Is financially challenged and is reliant on elderly parents to lend her money for medical bills, medication, and daily expenses. Parents have had to assist more with the children's care when mother becomes overwhelmed and is struggling with her mental health. Parents are helping to pay for vehicle maintenance and so would benefit from some financial support with some of these items.
Mother would love to have some time for self-care to help with stress releif i.e. a massage or something nice for her to do.
