Woman in her mid 50s, DSP, chronic PTSD and extreme pain, no support, financial hardship, mental health issues

54 year old woman waiting for affordable housing to be near her specialists' team. She is on a Disability Support Pension and is just affording her rent. She has 2 pets which makes it hard to find affordable accommodation. After paying rent she is left with nothing to get the basic needs required to live. She is under extreme financial hardship.
Due to her physical disabilities (She suffers chronic pain) and the impact on her mental health, she is experiencing extreme mental anguish, depression, complex PTSD.
She has no support network at all. She is working closely with her support team (GP, councilors).
Her OT has recommended she replace her bed to help with the management of chronic pain. She is in need of a fridge as hers broke, and she is struggling to replace it.
Please consider her situation and distress of living in extremely hardship and isolation. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
