30 year old aboriginal woman along with her partner and 3 young children were renting a property which was totally destroyed during the January 2026 fires, They lost there home, vehicle and belongings when they had to evacuate and have been moving from place to place until recently finding a rental. They have been able to access some of what they need however, they still require a few items such as a dining table and chairs, microwave and a single bed for one of the children.
This family have had to relocate to Violet Town as there are no available rentals in there original area
