A young Aboriginal mum (21 years) of two children, heavily pregnant with her third child, has just been offered housing this week - hooray! - and requires household items to organise her new home before baby's arrival.
Our young mum has been coping with unstable housing, experiences of Family and Domestic Violence and the cost of setting up a new home, and has been open and sincere in reaching out for help.
Due to the crazy cost of living, service funding restraints and the significant cost associated with preparing for a new baby and moving into her first home, our mum is seeking financial assistance to buy some essential items necessary to provide care to herself and her children.
