Young mum to be with a significant trauma history, most recently leaving a DV situation to protect both herself and her unborn baby. She continues to experience ongoing impacts from the person who used violence. She is currently residing in transitional “safe” housing. While she has some family support, these relationships have been strained due to her former partner. She has a mild intellectual disability and multiple mental health concerns and is currently in the process of engaging with appropriate support services. She is unable to return to the family home due to additional complexities within that environment. She requires comprehensive, wraparound support to ensure the ongoing safety and wellbeing of both herself and her baby, and to reduce the risk of returning to harmful circumstances that previously impacted their health. She also requires assistance in obtaining essential items for her baby and establishing a stable home environment. Any support would be greatly appreciated.
