Client has been experiencing domestic and family violence in the last 7 years. Client is from CALD background and this has compounded her vulnerability. Client has a 6 years old daughter. Client decided to separate from her partner and father of her child after enduring years of abuse. This was a decision made after accessing support and services and learning about her rights. After client requested her ex-partner to leave the house, the perpetrator has taken all the furniture. Client reported that her house is empty and that she does not have the financial means to buy all the items again, specially now that she will need to provide for her child by herself.
