Indigenous mother and child have fled significant domestic violence and require support to re-establish a safe and secure home environment. Mum is a sole parent and is supporting her child on very limited income. This family are in the process of transitioning out of crisis refuge accommodation into independent housing and require assistance with food and fuel.

I am writing to personally thank 'GIVIT' for a generous 'Simply Groceries eGift card' voucher that I was gifted, with $100 worth of essential spending money for my family & I to utilise at our own discretion. I can happily report this donation has assisted the purchase of a basic, solo, wifi security camera, with the excess going toward food for my teenage daughter who is currently taken on responsibilities around our home while I recover in a rehabilitation centre. Thank you for this kind gesture, as it has helped to improve security measures around our home & support my daughter to purchase daily essential items such as groceries, basic hygiene & cleaning products.
