After a lengthy 15-month legal process, all charges were withdrawn; however, the ongoing legal proceedings placed significant financial and emotional strain on the family.
As a result, the client has accumulated substantial debt and fallen into arrears with her mortgage, council rates, and other essential expenses. She is currently working to rebuild stability for herself and her children and is preparing to return to work.
The family is experiencing financial hardship and requires assistance with essential daily living costs while they regain financial independence. Support with groceries, fuel, and other basic necessities would help reduce immediate pressure and allow the client to focus on maintaining housing stability and providing a safe environment for her children.
