A young woman who has been stuck in a cycle of instability for a number of years now, due to her significant mental health diagnosis and lack of solid support around her. She is currently living on the streets and is unable to find appropriate housing suitable to her mental health needs and supportive of reunification with her baby. She has been really engaged with our program, even though she has not had a stable roof over her head for months, but she is really trying.
Please help this young mum get her life back on track, anything will help her right now as she has nothing.
