Flood twice in 2022, lost all possissions moved to rural area, emergency surgery has left them with time off work for 6-8 weeks, limited savings to survive, NZ residency although lived in Australia for over 10years, currently attempting to get passports sorted, is not entitled to centrelink payments due to this, not enough sick leave for work. Once healed can go back to work.
