Client has history of childhood abuse leading to long term housing instability, homelessness and poor mental health with any attempts at housing stability breaking down due to ongoing family violence. Crisis accommodation at Ozanam House has given the client some stability and allowed space and access to integral support services resulting in positive improvements in client’s mental health and overall well being. With wrap around case management support that will continue for 3 years, client has been able to secure ongoing housing but with no family or other social connections and being on income support, has limited capacity to furnish her new home
