The resident was halfway into building his dream retirement home in the country when fires destroyed his sheds, trucks, fences, machinery and water supplies. The resident is not insured, and the total loss is set to tip $200,000. Resident is depleting his savings account to pay for repairs and cleanup as his small logwood business was wiped out in the fires. Resident is not eligible for supports and could use some voucher support to offset his losses.
