Right now, more people than ever in our region are reaching out for help — especially local women facing breast cancer. Many are already frightened by their diagnosis, then hit with the crushing reality of travel costs, lost income, and the everyday bills that don’t stop when treatment starts.
We’re hearing from mums, daughters, partners and neighbours who are simply overwhelmed. Some are choosing between paying for fuel to get to chemo and keeping the lights on.
Our organisation is doing everything we can, but the number of urgent requests has outgrown our resources. With your support, our organisation can keep saying “yes” to people in our community and surrounding areas — ensuring no woman faces cancer, or its financial burden, alone.
