Help to install a dishwasher/change a tap, for a woman living with disability.

My client has several health issues and disabilities that prevent her from being able to do her dishes, she requires someone to assist her to install her benchtop dishwasher, it probably just requires a change of tap in the kitchen.
Not being able to do her dishes greatly affects my client's wellbeing as she tries to be as independent as possible.
This is probably a very easy job for a plumber or someone who is handy but my client doesn't know how to do it.
She would greatly appreciate assistance to regain the independence she had prior to moving into her current unit.
My client doesn't receive NDIS so has been unable to get assistance to help with this small adjustment that would make her a large impact in her daily life.
