Seeking financial assistance for a low-income resident living in a caravan park property that was significantly impacted by the 2022 Northern Rivers floods. While previous flood-related repairs were completed, Tropical Cyclone Alfred has since caused further damage to the roof, resulting in active leaks and internal water damage.
The ongoing leaks have led to swelling and peeling of internal walls, and urgent repairs are required to prevent further structural deterioration and potential mould risk. The client does not have the financial capacity to cover the cost of these repairs.
