Father experienced childhood trauma, including exposure to substance use within his family. He is the father of 2.5-year-old twins (a boy and a girl). The twins' parents are separated and share the children's care through a rotational parenting arrangement.
Fathe is currently unemployed due to challenges associated with his mental health, including depression, and a history of substance use. To address these concerns and improve family wellbeing, Fath and the twins are engaged with the Family Support Network, which is providing ongoing support in the areas of mental health, parenting, substance use, housing, employment, and overall family wellbeing.
Fath is actively working with the Family Support Network to strengthen his parenting capacity, improve his mental health, and provide a safe, stable, and nurturing environment for his children. He has demonstrated a commitment to making positive changes for himself and his family. The twins will also be supported with Child Health Nurse.
