Client lost entire beloved garden in bushfires. The garden was not only sentimental but also played an enormous role in their mental health and wellbeing.
Client has diagnosed PTSD and the garden is a part of their therapeutic plan. The client has spent many years building the garden and it is truly an important part of their life. Every single plant and tree was lost in the fires and the cost was not covered under the insurance.
To be able to assist the client to purchase new plants will not only make a huge impact to the trauma of the fires, but also provide the client meaningful connection and positive feelings when they are struggling with PTSD.
