In just a few weeks, 12 people from across NQ will take a step that has long felt out of reach.
They come from different walks of life. Recent school leavers, people experiencing unemployment, and others who’ve faced barriers to education and employment. Many are under financial pressure, where even access to a laptop isn’t possible.
For them, enrolling in our Dream, Believe, Achieve Certificate II in Engineering Pathways is a chance to try again. To show up, and prove they can finish what they start.
But to succeed, they need the right tools.
A laptop isn’t just a device, it’s access. It enables coursework, builds digital skills, and allows participants to engage fully. Without it, they risk falling behind, not because of ability, but lack of access.
In our 2025 pilot, every participant completed the program. With the right support and tools, they thrived, many for the first time.
