This client is a father who is the primary carer for his son. Who is in a wheel chair due to a road accident. His son unable to function without his fathers assistance. They are currently paying $700.00 a week for a motel room which is not long term. The father is applying for private rental, He is Ex army who has served in Afganistan, On his return & release form his service to look after his son. The motel situation isn't long term as it's not suitable for showering facilities are not suitable for wheel chair access, which means the father is carrying his son into the bathroom to assist with showering. The father has been given a motorised scooter which needs 2 batteries at a cost of $180.00 each. Any assistance with food, rental, medical cost support is greatly appreciated. This family is trying to do all it can to be self- sufficient
