This request is to support a First Nations community housing tenant who requires a transfer to another property to ensure their housing is safe, sustainable and on Country. The move is necessary to better meet their current circumstances and support ongoing housing stability.
The tenant has recently experienced job loss and is now on a significantly reduced income, limiting their ability to cover the upfront costs associated with moving. As a result, they are unable to fund essential expenses such as trailer hire, fuel or transport of belongings.
