We are currently supporting a young person who has shown incredible strength and resilience after experiencing significant trauma in her early life.
At just 16 years old, she arrived in Australia on a Protection Visa after escaping sexual abuse in her home country. Since arriving, she has faced ongoing challenges, including family violence and abuse from her own mother, which ultimately resulted in her needing to live independently at a very young age.
Despite these hardships, she has remained determined to build a positive future for herself. She is currently attending high school and working hard to create stability, safety, and independence in her life. Recently, she successfully moved into her own studio accommodation and is now in need of support to help furnish her new home.
We are seeking donations of the following items to help make her space feel safe, comfortable, and functional:

Small 2-seater dining table
