Our client was incarcerated and released to our transitional supported accommodation, to commence our 3-month residential program.
He successfully completed the program and has been waiting for housing for some time. Throughout this period, he has stayed committed, worked on his recovery, and focused on building a better future for himself.
He has now been offered a new property through Homes NSW, which is a major step forward in his life. He is excited about this transition and ready to take on more independence.
Even after moving, he will remain connected as an outreach client to ensure he continues receiving the support and guidance he needs.
