We are seeking support for a deserving family consisting of a single Aboriginal mother and her two teenage sons, both of whom are diagnosed with Level 2 Autism. After living in their previous home for 11 years, the family was required to relocate when the property owner decided to sell. Due to extremely limited availability in the current rental market, finding housing that met the family's complex needs was both stressful and challenging. The move occurred against a backdrop of significant grief and loss following the tragic passing of the mother's partner in a sudden accident. Understandably, the demands of relocating intensified the mother's existing mental health challenges. The family is seeking donations of furniture and household items after a difficult relocation. Ongoing disruption from construction at their new rental has added further stress, and any support would help provide comfort, stability, and a fresh start during this challenging time.
