They live with a disability and have experienced a lot of isolation, which has made it hard to stay connected and build confidence. They are now starting to think about their future and want to take positive steps. They’re interested in beginning a course next term to explore their interests and build new skills. The currently face challenges due to limited resources, which makes it harder to fully participate and stay engaged. Without support, it may be difficult for them to follow through on this opportunity. Support at this stage would help them stay on track, reduce isolation and build confidence as they take steps toward a more independent and connected life.
