Here at Youth Projects, we support close to 4,500 young people per year in Melbourne's west and north west. Many of these young people are experiencing multiple barriers including mental health, homelessness/couch surfing, family violence or are living in poverty. We have a volunteer day arranged in November where we have volunteers lined up to help us pack some employment support packs - we will be looking at 200 packs. We are looking for the following items: 200 x backpacks, 200 MYKI cards, 200 supermarket gift vouchers, 200 journals/pens/stationery and any other items that might support young people when they are just starting in a new job.
