Our client is currently in a domestic violence safe house and is about to relocate into her first rental. She has never rented before in Australia.
Our client fled a violent relationship and has been in our safe house while we source safe, longer term accommodation for her. Police have issued an AVO for her protection. Our client is starting out with next to no items for herself, and has no form of income due to the impact of the perpetrator's violence. She is an absolutely beautiful person who has already organised to start volunteering for our service and aims to in the future work with other women to support them through leaving violence.
