Single woman in her 60’s (retired due to health - on Centerlink payment) with multiple serious physical and mental health concerns, requiring ongoing monitoring and treatment at nearby local hospital. Very capable most of the time and has managed repairing her home to a liveable standard over last 4 years.
Approved for Resilient Measures and has started a house raise with financial support from the grants.
Her planned house raise has an addition of a small deck (in case of flooding again to be rescued from- due to her mobility and health risk during a previous rescue) and suitable stairs out the back which adds quite a bit to the overall cost (which will be paid by her)
