Migrant Family Caring for Child with Neurological Condition and Developmental Delays

A migrant family of four is experiencing significant financial hardship while caring for their 5-year-old child who has global developmental delay, seizures, and has already undergone three surgeries at a very young age. The child requires ongoing therapy and specialist support, including speech therapy.
Due to their visa conditions, the family is not eligible for NDIS or government financial assistance, leaving them to manage all medical and therapy costs independently. The mother works full-time while the father takes any work he can find, however the family is struggling with the high cost of living and ongoing medical expenses.
The family currently lives in a granny flat with their two children, aged 5 and 10, and their double bed and mattress are broken, resulting in the family sharing limited sleeping arrangements.
The family is urgently seeking support with a queen bed and mattress.
