DTC resides in a three‑bedroom social housing property. He is living with several complex and co‑existing conditions, including bipolar disorder, undiagnosed autism, ADHD, and dyslexia. These challenges impact his daily functioning, communication, and ability to maintain consistent routines.

DTC has made noticeable progress in improving the condition of his property. He has been actively removing unwanted and damaged items and has undertaken cleaning throughout the home. These efforts reflect a positive step towards maintaining a safer and more hygienic living environment.
Despite his progress, DTC has access to only limited financial resources.
