He is 82 years old with Parkinsons and has experienced significant mobility and cognitive decline over the past few years. He is finding it increasingly difficult to use his Android phone and would benefit from a simpler, seniors phone with large tabs and minimal functionality. He lives alone and has no savings. He manages on the Aged Pension and is finding it difficult to meet My Aged Care co-payment requirements for in-home services that are essential for his health, wellbeing and care.
