This mother has spent many years being subjected to domestic and family violence. She now has full parental responsibility of her 1 year old child and continues to move towards a life free from violence. Incidents of violence have seen the woman's home broken into and property destroyed and stolen from her. As she continues to build a safe and happy home for her and her child she has faced many set backs, while continuing to pay her rent and bills to keep a stable roof over her and her babies head. She can not afford to replace items that were destroyed and stolen from her in an act of domestic violence. With minimal income left over after bills and living expenses, her and her baby have been the ones to go without, with no means to replace items in the foreseeable future
