Mother and child under 2, have just been relocated for their safety due to serious Family Violence. Mother has struggled with Perinatal depression since the birth of her child and now affected by FV. The family are not eligible for Centrelink support due to their visa status. Mother has no income, medicare or health care cards so access to services and financial support is limited.
