Senior Vietnamese man rebuilding his life after homelessness, illness, and addiction

Bo (*alias for privacy) came to Australia as a refugee and worked all his life in factories and warehouses in blue collar roles. After the loss of employment Bo suffered a family breakdown, Bo succumbed to addiction to numb the pain of bereavement, divorce, and hardship. Bo then lost his housing and slept on the street. Bo came to crisis accommodation at 57 and was in poor health. After a blood infection threatened his life, he recovered from addiction and is now rebuilding the relationship with his adult children who are studying at university and working in corporate environments. Now that Bo has housing close to his kids and doctor, he wants to make them proud and be a part of the family as a grandad someday. Bo is quiet, respectful, kind, and loves nature. Please help Bo make his little studio a home!
