Social Worker working through Flood Support Program has been supporting a man in his mid 60's. The man feels unable to provide his details as he has experienced a hyper vigilance after the flood and subsequent abuse, assault and harassment from his neighbors . He has asked that his RSS caseworker apply for support to access funding to help him maintain security and a sense of safety in his own home. He is of low income and is vulnerable due to his age and flood related trauma. He is a kind and gentle man that is hoping that a sense of security will deter harassment and allow him to recover from the ordeal he has been through over the last 3 years. Any help would be of great benefit to a lovely man that just wants to feel safe in his own home.
