Mum is a strong Aboriginal woman who is a victim/survivor of domestic violence and a NDIS participant. 2 of her 3kids have special needs and are (14, 11 and 7 years old). Mum has been the sole parent since separating with her now ex-partner in order to prioritize her and the kids safety.
Her 2 youngest kids require full time supervision at home which makes it very challenging for her to do other tasks around the house. They are very high energy and require a lot of her attention.
Like any family, mum finds it much easier to get her stuff done when she pops the telly on - which is currently broken.
