Male rebuilding his life in the community since relocating to Australia. The client has been focused on rebuilding his mental health, establishing stability and creating a safe and sustainable lifestyle with the longer-term goal of having his son join him in Australia. While he continues to experience ongoing mental health challenges, he remains focused on maintaining his independence and developing the skills, supports and stability required to move forward. The client is continuing to work towards these goals while recognizing the importance of engaging with appropriate supports when required.
